smoked sausage, pork loin, rib tips, smoked pulled chicken,

sliced turkey breast and baby back ribs.

 

Side choices include smoked baked beans, green beans, corn casserole,

 smoked dirty rice, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, baked apples,

and tossed green salad.

 

 Plastic plates, flatware, napkins and beverages available upon request.

You can enjoy our slow smoked Southern Style BBQ at your business meeting, company picnic, wedding reception, graduation party, holiday party, church picnic or private  gathering.

We are available to cater your function from 100 to 1000 guests. All catered events are delivered to your location and set up buffet style for your guests by our staff.
